At SOUTHPOLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping package or a sturdy box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
